1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms:

• Platform refers to the Vanniyar Manamalai website, mobile application, and all related online services.
• User means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• Member means a registered user who has successfully created a profile on Vanniyar Manamalai.
• Registrant means any person creating or managing a profile on behalf of another individual with that person's consent.
• Services include free services, premium memberships, assisted matchmaking, profile verification, communication tools, customer support, and all other services provided by Vanniyar Manamalai.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Vanniyar Manamalai, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms completely.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You agree to our Privacy Policy.
• You understand that Vanniyar Manamalai acts only as an online matchmaking platform and is not responsible for the outcome of any matrimonial alliance.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You may register only if:

• You are legally eligible to marry under the applicable laws of your country.
• You are at least 18 years of age if you are female.
• You are at least 21 years of age if you are male.
• You are registering solely for the purpose of seeking a lawful matrimonial alliance.

Registration is available to Indian Citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and individuals of Indian heritage, subject to applicable laws.

If you create a profile for another individual, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to do so.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including genuine photographs, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree to promptly update your profile whenever your personal information changes.

Vanniyar Manamalai reserves the right to verify information submitted by users whenever required. Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

Duplicate profiles created by the same individual are prohibited and may be removed.

5. PROFILE INFORMATION

Members are responsible for ensuring that all profile information including Name, Age, Marital status, Religion, Community, Education, Occupation, Income, Family details, and Photographs is truthful and up to date.

Uploading another person's photograph or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited.

Vanniyar Manamalai may remove any profile that violates these requirements.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Members are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, protecting OTPs, protecting login credentials, and preventing unauthorized access.

All activities performed through your account shall be considered your responsibility. Vanniyar Manamalai will never ask for your password.

7. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Every member agrees to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Treat other members respectfully.
• Verify information independently before making decisions.
• Exercise caution before sharing personal or financial information.
• Keep profile details updated.
• Report suspicious activities immediately.

Use of fake or forged identities will be punishable under law.

Members should independently verify educational qualifications, employment, marital status, financial background, health condition, identity, character, and family background of any prospect. Vanniyar Manamalai does not guarantee the authenticity of user-submitted information.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

• Upload false, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted information without permission.
• Impersonate another individual or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Harass other members, demand money, or send spam/promotional messages.
• Use automated bots or attempt unauthorized system access.
• Upload malware, viruses, or collect user data without permission.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

9. AI GENERATED CONTENT POLICY

Users shall not upload AI-generated profile photographs, deepfake videos, synthetic audio, manipulated identity documents, or misleading AI-generated content. Vanniyar Manamalai reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

10. PRIVACY

Vanniyar Manamalai collects, stores, processes and protects user information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for providing matrimonial services. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user information but cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.

11. COMMUNICATION

By registering, you consent to receive SMS, Email, Phone calls, WhatsApp notifications, Push notifications, service announcements, and promotional offers. You may modify communication preferences through your account settings where applicable.

12. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Vanniyar Manamalai may offer Free Membership, Gold Membership, Premium Membership, Assisted Matchmaking, and other subscription plans. Membership features, pricing, validity periods, and benefits may change from time to time without prior notice.

13. PAYMENTS

Payments may be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or other approved payment gateways. Membership activation begins only after successful payment confirmation.

14. REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise specified under a promotional offer, all membership fees are non-refundable. Refund requests shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy published on the Platform.

15. SAFETY GUIDELINES

Vanniyar Manamalai strongly advises members to meet only in safe public places, verify identity documents, avoid financial transactions, never share OTPs or banking information, and inform family members before meeting prospects. Users remain solely responsible for interactions conducted outside the Platform.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, logos, trademarks, graphics, website design, databases, and content available on Vanniyar Manamalai are the exclusive property of Vanniyar Manamalai unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vanniyar Manamalai acts solely as an intermediary connecting prospective brides and grooms. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, successful relationships, accuracy of user information, or user conduct. Vanniyar Manamalai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

18. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Vanniyar Manamalai may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for fraud, fake profiles, abuse, illegal activity, multiple registrations, harassment, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

Vanniyar Manamalai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
